Retaliation for Reporting Illegal Workplace Behavior and Unpaid Overtime

Client was terminated for complaining about being improperly classified as a salaried employee and not being paid overtime wages.  While she continued to work for the employer, she was subject to various false claims of poor job performance and bullying.  Initially, she was offered one month’s salary as severance. Case settled for $200,000.
